A Special Session on Education's Role in Driving Sustainable Development

A special session on education's role in driving sustainable development was held during the 4th International Conference on Research, Policy, and Practices in Education at LCWU Lahore. Professor Dr. Uzma Qureshi, Dean of the Faculty of Education, chaired the session. Senior journalist Jang group and Chairman MKRS Mr Wasif Nagi attended the session as chief guest. Professor Dr Faliha Kazmi Vice Chancellor Home Economics University also graced the session and inspired students and faculty with her words of wisdom. Three impactful research projects were presented and deliberated upon, by the project team comprising of lead Dr. Aqsa Shabbir and co principal investigators, Prof. Dr. Amina Moazzam, Dr. Huma Tousef, and Dr. Naveed Iqbal. The projects funded by HEC, PIDE and British Council touched upon graduate employability, STEM education and benefits of student exchange.
